Saint Landelin
Selon la légende, la recette de la Saint Landelin date de 1032, année durant laquelle l’Abbaye de Crespin fut bâtie sur les lieux ou Saint Landelin fit jaillir une source. Brassée par les Brasseurs de Gayant, cette Saint Landelin Blonde fait figure de grand classique dans le paysage brassicole français. Cette bière française nous propose donc dans le verre une robe blonde dorée, surmontée d’une très belle mousse blanche crémeuse. Au nez, on retrouve de beaux arômes sur le malt, les épices ainsi qu’une belle note maltée. En bouche, l’attaque douce présente des saveurs sur la pèche. Le final est léger. La Saint Landelin Blonde est une très belle bière française, un peu à l’image de sa grande sœur, la Saint Landelin Ambrée.

La Goudale
La Goudale est une bière de garde, brassée à Arques (dans le Pas-de-Calais), par la Brasserie de Gayant depuis 1994. D'après son étiquette, la Goudale tire son nom d'un élément historique : « Au XIVe siècle, les bonnes bières étaient appelées Goudale, Goudalle ou Good Ale. Elles se vendaient deux deniers le pot, chez un marchand nommé le Goudalier. »
